Joy Ladin's second book, The Book of Anna, appeared this spring from Sheep Meadow Press, which also published Alternatives to History, her first collection. Ladin's poems
have appeared in many magazines, including Parnassus, North American Review and Exquisite Corpse, and have been nominated for a 2007 Pushcart Prize. Currently David and Ruth Gottesman Professor of English at Stern College of Yeshiva University, Ladin has also taught at Princeton and Reed College, and served as Poet-in-Residence at Tel Aviv University on a Fulbright scholarship.
