Tim Healy

Tim Healy holds an M.B.A. from Hofstra University and a commercial pilot certificate. His career has been eclectic. After discharge from the army, he joined Grumman Aerospace. He worked on avionics and flight test programs and received a commendation for excellence. Later activities included ten years on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he was CEO of a Clipper Air International, a commuter airline and a resort-oriented water sports business. He later moved to Houston, Texas where he founded an executive search firm and capitalized on his earlier aerospace experience by writing Government Contracting Manual, which became the definitive work on selling to the government. Published by Prentice Hall, this volume remained in print for over ten years.

Tim is an accomplished writer and editor, and he spends much of his spare time painting and creating wrought iron furniture. His most recent endeavor is making videos, and he is planning to turn a one-act play into a video.
He is a co-founder of New Works Review and is now NWR's Webmaster and Editor.
